Maddock Properties, LLC believes that the best way to become financially independent is through the ownership of real estate investment properties. The current financial crisis has brought many very reasonably priced homes onto the market. However, it is now more difficult than ever to obtain a loan to purchase such properties. Our mission is to provide honest, hard working folks the ability to increase their investment real estate holdings. We strive to provide properties at monthly mortgage or lease rates below the going rental rates.
