Low Payments - The rent covers your mortgage
That's right - in practically every home we market, the mortgage payments our buyers pay are significanty lower than the going rent rate for that area. This is a tremendous opportunity for many reasons:
  • The rent you collect from your tenants should pay your mortgage, taxes and insurance and put some money in your pocket.
  • Over time, rent rates go up. Your mortgage payment will not!*
  • Owning an investment property may provide many tax benefits.

*We usually offer fixed rates, so your monthly payment will not change over time. Our goal is to make housing affordable and keep it that way. We don't want payments to go up with interests rates.
